I’m an an award-winning trial attorney, author, immigrant, mother, and the founder of the nation’s first law firm devoted to mothers’ rights at work, Delvaux Law. My work takes direct aim at the corporate machinery that treats motherhood as a liability instead of the source of all life.

I’m also the creator of The Mamattorney –  the leading platform on mothers’ rights. 

I’ve spent fifteen years representing women who were pushed out, passed over, fired, demoted, denied leave, denied accommodations, retaliated against, or punished at work because they were pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding, caregiving, or simply existing in bodies that did what bodies do. 

I have sued some of the most powerful companies in the world, including Amazon, Fox, Walmart, and Tesla, and won millions for my clients.

My work lives at the intersection of maternal rights, workplace justice, immigration, motherhood, power, legal literacy, and the general zeitgeist. I write and speak about the systems that shape women’s lives, from employment law to paid leave to immigration to the long history of women being told to choose between credibility and wildness.

I also write about matriarchy, paganism, and the worlds that existed before everyone was instructed to bow to an imaginary father in the sky instead of the actual life givers in the room (womb).
